SELKIRK DESIGN'S products are fully warrantied to the original owner against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. To process a return for product, first read below ensuring that you are eligible per the requirements outlined for returns.

Then go to “contacts” and send us an email with an explanation for the return request, we will get back to you shortly with further instructions…  

1. We will accept returns for any reason within 90 days of the original purchase date that were purchased directly from selkirkdesign.com.
2. Credits will be issued in the form of a refund to the Credit Card used for the original purchase.
3. Refunds are for product only, as shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Selkirk Design, LLC cannot issue credit for items lost during return shipping if proof of tracking is unavailable and we do not receive the return.
5. Please allow 3-4 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of the credit once it has been issued.
